Enrollment You can enroll yourself and your dependentsSpouse and/or children under the age of 26 through MyUHS during open enrollment. After the open enrollment period has ended, you may enroll in the plan only if you have an eligible Qualifying Life Event. Annual Rates 2025-26 Annual coverage period is August 1st – July 31st. Both plans are billed in full at the time of enrollment. Choose "Cigna Dental Care Access Plus" plan for the Dental DMO plan or "Total Cigna DPPO" for the Dental PPO plan. Cigna Virtual Dental Care If you need dental care and are unable to reach your regular provider, Cigna offers the option to consult with a licensed dentist through a video call, 24/7.
