Here’s how to access your insurance ID card(s). Student Health Plan (SHP) Cards The Student Health Plan includes your medical (Aetna) and prescription (OptumRx) plan coverage. You will have a separate card for each plan.If you and/or your dependentsSpouse and/or children under the age of 26 are on the Student Health Plan, you will not receive plastic insurance ID cards for either plan in the mail. Access your Aetna ID Card (medical plan) Visit Aetna Student Health Select “Get Your ID Card” in the middle of the pageEnter in your PUID # (TigerCard ID #) preceded by a “0”, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) and Princeton email address.A digital card will be sent to you via secure mail. You can download your ID Card to your Smartphone via the Aetna Health App. To use the app you must be registered for Aetna Navigator. If you don't know your Aetna ID # when registering, use your PUID #, preceded by a “0”, where it asks for your Aetna member ID. Use 08544 as your zip code. Allow 5-7 days after enrollment to get access to your ID card online or via the app. Please note: If you are a dependent of a student, you need to use the student's PUID # and date of birth (not the dependent's date of birth) to download your ID card. VSP Identification (vision plan) VSP does not issue ID cards to members.
