• Visit Aetna Student Health
• Select “Get Your ID Card” in the middle of the page
• Enter in your PUID # (TigerCard ID #) preceded by a “0”, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) and Princeton email address.
• A digital card will be sent to you via secure mail.
• You can download your ID Card to your Smartphone via the Aetna Health App.
• To use the app you must be registered for Aetna Navigator. 
• If you don't know your Aetna ID # when registering, use your PUID #, preceded by a “0”, where it asks for your Aetna member ID.
• Use 08544 as your zip code.  

Allow 5-7 days after enrollment to get access to your ID card online or via the app. 

Please note:  If you are a dependent of a student, you need to use the student's PUID # and date of birth (not the dependent's date of birth) to download your ID card. 

You can request a plastic ID card be mailed to you and/your covered dependentsSpouse and/or children under the age of 26. Call Customer Service at 877-437-6511 or submit a request through Aetna Navigator.

Please note:  If you are a dependent of a student, you need to use the student's PUID # and date of birth (not the dependent's date of birth).

• Visit OptumRx  
• Select “Register” and provide your information
• Once registered, you can log into the OptumRx mobile app  (available for Android and Apple devices)
• On the Home screen, tap the down arrow next to your name
• Your Profile page will open
• Select Member ID card
• Member ID card will display (this is a valid prescription ID card)
• Take a screenshot and save it to your phone for quick access

Please note: Your ID number is your PUID # (TigerCard ID #) followed by "000" and your zip code is 08544. If you are a dependent of a student, you need to use the student's PUID # and date of birth (not the dependent's date of birth) to download your ID card. 

If you need to fill a prescription, and you do not have your Optum Rx ID card, you may provide the following information to the pharmacy:
